Stella’s Place program integrates DBT, peer support, trauma-informed care, anti-oppressive practice, and anti-racism. Skilled clinicians and peer ambassadors facilitate our counselling and group programs. We aim to create a culture where young adults can feel validated, seen and represented.
We seek a Mental Health Clinician DBT Programs with training, experience and/or certification in DBT and other modalities. The role is responsible for co-facilitating a group 3 times a year and providing brief individual counselling. Our clinicians will facilitate the group alongside another clinician and a Peer Ambassador.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using new technologies and can deliver high-quality mental health services virtually and in person. The ideal candidate is experienced in program development and passionate about co-creating programs alongside participants and a multidisciplinary staff team that considers physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being elements.

Work from Home/Remote: Hybrid Work from Home

This full-time position works 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 10 am-6 pm and 12 pm-8 pm. The occasional weekend may be required.
Salary & Benefits: $66,690 per year + health and dental coverage
